I’ve been working with Dr. Turner since March, and I’m proud to say I’ve lost 5.5 kg so far. However, the real win has been the mindset shift. My entire approach to food and eating has changed for the better.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Meal prepping and having healthy options readily available has helped me stay on track, especially during those busy or tempting moments. Instead of reaching for something convenient but unhealthy, I’ve learned to make intentional choices that support my goals.
